This mod only requires Skyrim Special Edition, none of the Creation Club mods. GOG Release v1.6.659 is covered by this mod.

The term "AE" is misused pervasively (and infuriatingly) in the SSE modding community to mean SSE v1.6, first released in November 11, 2021 on the 10th Anniversary of Skyrim's first release. "AE", or Anniversary Edition, is actually the combination of Skyrim Special Edition and the Anniversary Upgrade, which is a comprehensive bundle of all Creation Club mods. If you have SSE v1.6.659 from GOG installed and running properly, you have all you need to use USSEP v4.2.8.

If you have any of the Creation Club mods, we recommend the USSEP's sibling mod, the Unofficial Skyrim Creation Club Content Patches, and a mod manager capable of running FOMOD installer scripts which can automatically determine your Creation Club content to install their respective patches.

Looking at the changelog, the patch removes the lootable Telvanni Robes from Ildari's inventory. Is there any other way to obtain the robes?

Nope.

No idea what mod you're referring to but USSEP isn't your problem with it. You should be loading that mod after it, like any other.

Thanks, I think I will just use console command it at this point since It's a minor thing and don't want to add mods mid-playthrought. After all Neloth made me into a Telvanni member no?
