Arthmoor thx for all mods you done over the years.
Hello I was using USSEP for a long time, now I was asked by my friends to make Wabajack instalation, the diffrence is that is gonna by in Polish. And now when i pick up at translation for USSEP in PL I look in horror, is terrible for few reasons one of them is IDMs another is that somebody who was doing it miss the point of it.
 I am here to ask for help, what is the best way to translate bethesda plugins. I know very well xEdit and many other tools, problem is that whan i start to change something xedit is using eng name for that note translated version, i guess that is some problem with strings on some ids. Translating is new thing for my I am more then happy to learn, just need some pointers.I will not talk about translation of game in general also translations of mods anymore - that is a vast topic and really if you can just learn language and play in native. Thx for help.

Another question where i can get Open Cities Guide for making patches there was one on nexus page for it, is there any other webside that i can use? I know that is not question not regarding USEEP and sorry for that just looking for info. If I can contact you Arthmoor and ask some questions that would by very helpfull.

Which is part of 1.6's DLC bundle. If you have 1.6, you have the fishing DLC.

Is it possible to fix this lycanthropy bug in the next version? 

In survival mode, I cured myself in Ysgramor's tomb. My disease resistance was gone, but I couldn't get "rested" or "well-rested" fatigue level no matter where I slept. It was "freshened" all the time. 

Nothing else worked except turning survival on/off.
1. Turn off survival mode
2. Cure werewolf. Now I could get rested bonuses again. 
3. Turn back on survival mode. 

I think this is a new bug brought by survival mode DLC (despite the high resemblance to the old bug). Could you please consider fixing this one?

Arthmoor can you do something with regards to the Thane quests, they are noteriously buggy and for whatever reason USSEP does NOT address them, the issue is that sometime the dialogue options just flat out vanish from the Jarls in question making it impossible to start or complete quests I've even had occasions where the quests in question get started but don't progress at all. This is a longstanding bug that too many people have had and it really needs to be fixed once and for all. I've zero idea how I'd go about doing that myself and this patch fixes just about every major bug in the base game so can you fix this particuler one. I've also had dialogue options for other quests such as being able to challenge Cosnach and Uthgerd to brawls vanish, this seems to a broad problem with certain quests and honestly the best solution I can think of is to split them into their own individual quests and thus make them their own serperate quests in instead of one giant overarching catch all.

You're going to need to file a report on our tracker for something like this, with a concrete example that can be reproduced easily. Without mods, and on the current version of the game.

As it stands right now, "notoriously buggy" is a falsehood because what you describe isn't happening in most peoples' games so it's entirely possible you're seeing the effects of some kind of conflict with another mod. The Thane quests work perfectly fine whenever I run into them into the game.

Splitting them up also isn't feasible because that would involve far too many edits, break all the recorded dialogue, and probably break how a lot of other quests are expecting to see that data when it's run.

also i noticed that USSEP adds [INFO:07018117] ('You disappoint me. I expected someone from outside Riften to be different, but I see corruption's reach holds little regard for boundaries.' in GRUP Topic Children of DialogueRiftenMjollTGBranchTopic03 "Actually, I'm hoping to join them." [DIAL:00083A83]), which however doesn't work in the game

Hello, I have had several problems with USEEP.
1.- renegade heart of thorn without a body
2.- blood and ice - I can't interact with objects in hjierim
3.- I cannot buy houses in the regions as it normally should be. - The dialogue is carried out, but when the administrator says, "splendid here are the keys to your new home", but after that the money is not deducted or the key is given to me, and to top it off the dialogue is repeated all the time. time.
4.- Many missions with bugs example:
4.1 Dark Brotherhood Quests - when completing Innocence Lost the letter that says we know never arrives (unless you use commands to activate the postman, and if you do the quests still don't progress)
4.2 Thane missions in the different regions, problems especially with the wolf queen, from the city of solitude.
It is worth mentioning that all this is in the Anniversary version.

To verify I don't use mods other than this one, and by deactivating it all the things that were wrong in the game that I just listed were fixed.
