Hey Arthmoor.  I noticed a discrepancy in the racial attack records of wood elves and Woodelf-Vampires that originates in the Update.esm

It doesn't seem to create issues, but it is inconsistant.  I'm not sure this would be catagorized as a bug, but it is inconsistant and I don't know enough about those records to know if there is good reason for the inconsistency.  But I don't believe any of the other races are inconsistant in the same way.

Could it be possible that latest version of USSEP did something to Provincial Courier Service?
Nothing overwriting PCS mod in anyway. No scripts being overwritten in anyway. But in this version (4.1.3 and 4.1.4) i wanted to pick up my mail at office via dialoge. But i see the option and courier confirm he makes arrangements. But still he follows me around and delivers my mail in person.

Then i found this with USSEP's changelog.

Yes. I installed USSEP 4.2.8 and PCS is working correctly again.
USSEP 4.2.9 is screwing PCS.

You need to get the PCS update from AFK Mods since that's going to reflect the changes for 4.2.9 in its scripting.
