I asked Arthmoor about the possibility of a user or even himself merging them all together, here's his response.
"That's not something I would suggest doing since they involve navmeshes, landscaping, and scripts. All of which are known to be troublesome in merges. Which is why I'm not going to be doing one myself either."

The changed riften door seems to be bugging with open cities, the interior door works like the open cities doors, but the exterior door just brings you into the old cell via a load door.

Open cities description, compatibility section: Generally speaking, any mod which adds things to the closed cities will be incompatible

Hi Arthmoor, this may not be your mod but im betting youll know, im getting 'one sided' conversations, like the one outside Whiterun by the stables when you first arrive, the main actor is their madly chatting to himself, whilst the female actor is no where to be seen, also encountered this on a Vanilla scene with Adriannne the blacksmith in WR and the order for the imperials, shes there the other guy isnt. Is this a Vaniall bug based on time of day (night).

The torturer now has his hood loot able in the Special Edition. I wonder what else was changed? Anyone here know?

Generally, i would expect mods by the same author to be compatible, for one thing, the thalmor headquarters works fine with open cities installed, so i would expect this to work too.
