Hi all,

This maybe just my machine, but this is something you can try.

After trying the services trick, ie: disable touch keyboard

I still crashed every 10-15 mins.

I have always seemed to find that bethesda game engines FO/TES universe... have some slightly crazy engines. getting them to work nicely can sometimes take work

Try these hardware solutions to see if it helps your game

THIS SOLVED MY GAME CRASHING DURING GAME PLAY, NOT THE STARTUP CRASHING TYPES!

so without further ado,

Try the following.

1. Windows Power management, Leave it on HIGH Performance.

Another step further is to go into "change plan settings" -> "Change Advanced Power Settings"

Ensure CPU Minimum Frequency is 100%

Ensure PCIe Link Power Management is turned off.

2. HIGH Frequency use to crash my Highly Modded Skyrim something chronic!

In order to make Skyrim more stable I use to use Throttle Stop on my Intel i7 3820 and run it around 2.8-3.6GHZ. experiment here! maybe lower is better?

Try Forcing this in BIOS if need be,

Maybe forcing 1 Speed in BIOS, instead of AUTO, select the Speed you want to run and hope the speed stops jumping around..

3. I never like seeing the CPU MHZ speed jumping around like a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

EG over a 1 second period 1 core goes 4.3ghz->0.8GHZ->2.8GHZ-> 3.7GHZ,

IN MY OPINION!!! Intel's power saving feature creates game instability,

On my machine I just solved Skyrim SE Crashing by Disabling Intel SpeedStep in BIOS,

And the Power Management Setting, Not sure which one solved it.

Some Extras you can try!?

4. Using MSI Afterburner, I Slightly Underclock my GPUs for Power Saving as I love experiementing with this to see Power Savings,

It's always very substantial, knowing knocking 5-10% off the Core Speeds Can save stupid amounts of energy plus help stability bigtime

Download Afterburner and drag the slider 100MHZ or so down and see if this helps you.

You can even start dropping mv off the cores if you go 150-250mhz down!!!

5. Another option I didn't worry about but might want to consider, Disable Hyper Threading.

As much as it seems better having 8 threads, it's still just a Quad Core Cpu I am using!!

The Added Threads might be interfering with the game!

Tho Like I Said, My System still has it enabled! and Game Seems fine.

6. As much as I enjoy owning 32GB of Corsair Vengance DDR3 2400MHZ RAM, I run my ram at 1866MHZ for added SYSTEM Stability.
