Skyrim Bones messed up after skinning

Hello, i'm trying to weight paint this armor but when i skin the model the bones from the skeleton i use (cbbe slim) get all messed up (atleast i think so)

Can someone help me with this, or explain to me a better of different way to rig an armor.
