Tools For Load Order(?)

Any programs I should get for Skyrim SE to handle the load order of my mods like LOOT, FNIS, etc.? Or will they appear on my mod list in game and I can use the load order in game to handle it there?

Also, does anybody know if the Glowing Ore Veins mod for original Skyrim (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/193/?) is compatible with SE? It's one of those "quality of life" mods that makes it less strenuous finding ore veins, since I'm blind enough as it is lol

Wrye Bash has an SSE compatible (mostly) version. It can't go full service until other mods are available, that it depends on, but the load ordering and patch building works. What I like about it, compared to the old skyrim, was that it didn't automatically activate a mod, every time I messed around in CK. It keeps them inactive until/unless I tell it otherwise.

Not sure if that's an issue in SSE or not, as I got Wrye Bash right away and haven't messed with the in-game deal.
