Why so few perk points available when you can learn so many skills? I mean, Skyrim is an RPG and its gameplay relies on skills a lot, so why can we only get perk points through leveling up our characters?I also play Far Cry Primal and I can get extra skill points as rewards for doing side missions. So, I think we can have the same feature in Skyrim SE. You do a bounty quest and get rewarded with a perk point and some gold. Sounds good, right?
