BlueGunk Posted November 11, 2016 Share Posted November 11, 2016 Having created my character, at some stage in my newly fledged Skyrim SE game I want to pull up ShowRaceMenu and change the way she looks, perhaps deciding the life-threatening scimitar scar across her cheek really doesn't look so good with her teeth showing through. :sick: So I go into console and type ShowRaceMenu, make my mild face alterations, then find I have to type in the character name all over again. Only to find I've been shunted into a brand new 001 save in the next game save. In itself not a really bad issue but it does make for incredible confusion when rolling back saves or navigating save games. I'm using NMM, and have been told this is a Skyrim SE issue, not an NMM Profile issue. I've also tried the fun ShowRacemenu Alternative mod that Seb263 created, but the savegame issue still occurs. PeterMartyr Posted November 12, 2016 Share Posted November 12, 2016 Dude the Save depend on your Character & Modded Game Profiles it how it works now, there No Problem Here. Just a misunderstanding on it new system works. You Created a new existing Character, you got a new Save Profile, harmless, your save content still persisted.
