I Desperatly need Help! - CTD on Start, Freezed Main Menu with Unbound or LAL

GUYS I NEED HELP!!!

 

since a week i have the same problem: i had a bunch of Mods for a while, but i wanted to reinstall the game and then the mods cause during searching, adding and removing, the DATA file was really messy and many unused scripts and files i couldnt associate to anything. my game worked fine, rarely a CTD or Freezes, some scripts just lightly delayed sometimes

 

so I unistalled the game, deleted everything related to it and installed the stuff.

 

I had the problem mentioned in the headline once so after not solving, I just reinstalled, did a start with 10 mods or so (racemenu, face-stuff ,wizDynamicThings, Morrowloot Ultimate), and it worked fine. then I added rest of mods, now i have about 200, with bashed patch and dummies not all are active, SKSE.ini memorypatch is activated

the problem is i experienced CTDs, on helgen start (i started over cause i messed up in a file and deleted the save accidently), on Skyrim Unbound or Alternate Start LAL the main menu just freezes, even with only the Dynamic Things, morrowloot, dlcs and usleep open (even turned off racemenu)

really need your help, i dont know what the problem is, i had nearly same order in old playthrough, but had even more mods then and everything worked... i regret deleting it so hard right now :sad:

1 I would generally have Alternate start just under your bashed patch and then sort with loot, letting whatever wants priority over it take it.

2 When you are sorting with LOOT, ensure that you are clicking Apply afterwards.

3 You have Convenient Horses and AFT, but you also have some mods that deal with followers besides those, so make sure they are compatible.

4 Ensure you read Helgen Reborn's information page that bandits are in place in combination with Alternate Start

5 I believe eyes of beauty generally goes lower on your list than that. Not sure why, but where you have it seems awfully high in load order.

I don't know if your misplaced order is affecting anything differently ingame, but you might want to reorganize it just because you are having CTDs, who knows.

 

Also ensure that you are testing out this new load order on a new game. Because of Skyrim baking data into your saved games, it is always better to see if you CTD on the new game than the old. Many times you move or delete mods from a save it can cause issues.

Generally, my install order on NMM, or my Load order for MO is this:
Skyrim
Update
Dawnguard
Hearthfire
Dragonborn
USLEEP
SKSE Scripts (make sure these are properly installed and if you don't have it, you better get it)
[Any mods that are utilities] (Bug fixes, safety load, better messagebox controls,...)

If you are using MO, ensure that the left pane matches the right pane. Generally I'll sort my mods like above on the left and right panes, then run LOOT and letting it take priority where it wants on the right pane, then sort the left pane to match.
