New game won't start (Skyrim SE)

So, whenever I click new game, all menus and stuff go away (like normal because I'm leaving the main menu) but it stays at the logo with the smoke and music playing and I can move my cursor around. It just stays like that forever. Maybe it's a mod that's causing it. Here's my load order. Please help if you can. Also, I'm willing to reinstall the game. NOTE: It only happens when I try to start a new game, I can load characters just fine.

I have this problem as well. Best I can tell a mod is interfering with "Alternate start Live another Life", but I'm not sure which one it is. I think I remember seeing it but I didn't have the problem at the time, so I don't remember for sure. Also, it may have even had a compatibility patch. If you find it please let me know I'm looking as well lol.

 

This could be your problem, found on Alternate Start page in "compatibility" : Become High King of Skyrim - Edits MQ101, though it's a dirty edit. Either clean the mod using TES5Edit or make sure it loads BEFORE Live Another Life so that it won't cause the "new game" menu to get stuck.

 

Also, Alternate Start should be last in your load order, or close to it. Did you run LOOT?

MOST PEOPLES AT THE MOMENT DON'T KNOW THE NEW SKYRIM SPECIAL EDTION HAVE MAJOR ISSUES WITH ALL THE ANIMATION MODS....TRY TO REMOVE THEM FOR THE MOMENT....I HOPE THIS ISSUES WILL BE RESOLVE SOON.....

 

BUT SO FAR ALL THE OTHER MODS ARE WORKING VERY WELL AND YOU CAN INSTALL TEXTURES MODS FROM THE ORIGINAL SKYRIM....I HAVE ALREADY INSTALL MY OLD TEXTURES MODS AND IT WORK WITH NO ISSUES...MAKE SURE TO USE ONLY THE TEXTURE MODS....

 

THE RESULT WITH THE OLD TEXTURE MODS AND ALL THE NEW MODS... MAKE THE GAME INCREDIBLE AND SO NICE....MUCH BETTER SKYRIM ULTIMATE EDITION....
