Hey everyone, the bugs with skin partitions for bodies and outfits should now be fixed.
I've also added a batch script to run the program for all NIFs in the sub directories next to it at once.

v1.2
- Fixed skin partitions (invisible meshes, holes in meshes, black screen in NifSkope).
- Added a batch script to optimize all NIFs found in the current sub directories at once.

would it be possible to get a version of this that works in reverse? i cant get the new nif files to load into blender but i can get the old nifs into blender but i want the higher poly meshes for my armors im building.

That's just as much work or even more than converting from SK to SSE, so I can't do this I'm afraid. :/
But can't you simply always export a Skyrim NIF with Blender (and keep it), then convert it to SSE again with the tool?

You have to use the originals again.

First, giving it a NIF that's already SSE won't do anything (it will skip it) and second, it wouldn't be able to fix what was already broken.

hhhhhmmmm ok i might just do that i was under the impression that they upped the poly count in the armor too not just the character bodies.
