All of a sudden got REALLY bright

So I installed a couple more mods and used LOOT to help keep them all in decent order and nothing should have messed with the brightness of the damn game but when I went to go play it, leaving the Thieves' Guild I noticed everything was bright and blue.

 

Inside buildings it was fine but everywhere else was this. I went to a previous save (I think a few got corrupted or something because the last save was an auto from when I was lvl 24 and right now I'm lvl 32) and the lighting was fine.

OMFG! I. Am. A. Idiot! I didn't realize I had turned on my night vision (I hardly ever use the damn thing) and that was what was causing the problem!
