Striped shadows glitch Skyrim SE please help?

Dear everyone, when I play Skyrim SE I have a couple of problems with the display.

For example, I have very ugly striped shadows that are so distracting that I just can't play. A few days ago the issue dissapeared but now it showed up again.

I tried fixes found on Google but the SE skyrimprefs file is different from the old Skyrim, and I tried all possible combos of the display options quality in the launch menu.

Also, when I am outside in the game, there's a very ugly stripe (sometimes, several) on the screen. It seems to do with the ambient fog or something like that.

Does anyone also have these problems? Does anyone know a fix for it for SE?

Hi 12vegeta12!

Thank you for letting us know. It seems that indeed there's an issue, and my guess is that some of the guys here will know what to advice.

In the meanwhile, it will also help us helping you to know your rig's specs (mainly CPU, GPU and RAM). In case you're not sure how to do that:

1. Win key + R

2. Type in DXDIAG

3. At the bottom of the window, there's a save option. Save it to text file.

4. Copy-paste here whatever it says.

Also, just in case, we'll need to know your mods list. Also if you're not sure how to extract:

1. In Nexus Mod Manager, go to Plugins tab.

2. On the left side of the window there's an icon of a sheet of paper with arrow coming out of it. Press it.

3. You can load it here as a file, or copy-paste the list, whichever you prefer.

Godspeed and I hope someone else will also post solutions.
