Invisible Rain problem

First of all, my english is not too good so i will do my best to explain myself.

 

I dont remember when this problem start to happen so i dont know if is a mod issue or something like that.
My rain is invisible, i can hear the rain and see the wet body of my char (because i use wet and cold mod) but not the rain.
i try everything but the problem still there, i unistall and reinstall vivid weather but still the same.
can someone help-me?
Obs: i dont use ENB or Reshade

First of all, thank you gabrieeltucker for sharing this.

 

Now, I know you said you tried everything, but it might just be a conflicting mod issue. So maybe you can try and re-organize you mods via LOOT?

 

It's a very easy to use program. It automatically loads your mods after you start it, and then you have a button to sort the list (the one that looks like three stripes?)

 

Anyway, if the matter still doesn't resolve, keep us posted so we'll suggest more ideas.

After the post i install loot, run and still the same problem. Any other sugestion?
