CTD entering Heljarchen

So last night I had zero problems everything was running fine. Updated a few mods to the latest release called it a night. Today I can enter other hearthfire homes but when I try to enter Heljarchen or Lakeview I get an almost instant CTD. I can hear the beginnings of a sentenced from my Housecarl before the CTD happens. In the Load list there is a screenshot of the interior of Heljarchen for that save. I tried both mass and individual deactivations of every mod I either added or updated. I'm running the same version of Loot I was running yesterday with the same masterlist id (f4702d incase anyone is curious). To further complicate things, I have no trouble at all entering Windstad (Which is where my spouse is). Moving the spouse to Heljarchen let me get about 10 steps in the door before the CTD and attempting to load that autosave results in a CTD as well.

 

If anyone has any ideas I'd appreciate the help.
