I think it would be cool to have a combination of a Deathclaw and a Dragon, that could be implemented into both Skyrim and Fallout.Those Curved horns facing forward would be great to see on a Dragon. Also the skin textures the Deathclaw has would be nice change from the usual Dragon texture.Plus if you look at both of their body structures, they are quite similar. If the Deathclaw had a longer neck, Maybe a longer snout, Dragon wings, and its body was more parallel to the ground, you would have a Badass looking Dragon. The other cool thing is that it be relatively lore friendly in both worlds. In Skyrim it is a rare and deadly type of Dragon. In Fallout it is a genetic monster.
