Check the pallet in the corner.

Sam moved to the pallet. It is made of some sort of rubber like material with a raised part on one end and appeared to be built into the floor. Maybe it's supposed to be a bed? The strange feeling in her arm was gone now.

Sit on the bed.

Sam sat on the bed. It wasn't all to comfortable but an improvement over the floor.

Try to fall asleep.

It didn't take long for Sam to fall asleep after laying down on the bed. A while latter she awoke but wasn't sure how long she had slept nor did she feel any different.

Inspect the inside of the water tank of the toilet to see if anything is hidden inside it.

There is no visible water tank for the toilet to look in.

Attempt to remove the toilet. Perhaps the sewage system is the way out of this cell?

The Toilet appears to be built into the wall and floor, it isn't going anywhere. The plumbing would probably only take her hand at best anyways.
