It's because textures flicker in and out and disappear completely when I look at certain things.I have debugged my mod list and loaded it with no mods but it seems to be a common issue for people even those who play vanilla. I was thinking if someone could mod the lair just enough to fix the textures on the secret door into the main lair and the first floor of the building it would help a ton of people having issues.
