Invisible Character?

My character turns invisible after fighting a frost atronach.
Some magic effect happens and I warp completely invisible,
I don't know if it's Skyrim or mod related but it's quite irritating.

It is a normal effect when your game runs out of vram or ram outright. Takes a while before the body reappears but usually just need to switch to a different cell like entering a house or leaving it. You installed a huge amount of mods that eat ram like no tomorrow. The game engine can't process all that at once so it will do some hick ups from time to time so you gotta live with it.
