I had to go with the edgy choices, but Sheogorath is hilarious and I love his realm, then Lucien is pretty cool and collected for an assassin with an attractive aura. E.g. try picking a fight with him inside Ft. Farragut and he'll follow you outside to continue it, whereupon you'll discover just about anyone can and does kick his butt without much or in most cases any effort. :) In contrast, another of my favorite Oblivion characters is Viranus Donton, who (inexplicably imo) was made much older in physical appearance than the game story suggests (e.g. everyone refers to him as a boy, he looks to be somewhere around 40 etc). He's fearless, one heck of a fighter and makes an awesome follower/battle companion imo, and his age/appearance is easily fixable in the Construction Set. Strange thing about Donton is that he has a unique personality that after a decade of play I still can't entirely account for, e.g. he's more adverse to water than any of my other past or current followers, his enemy detection range is larger etc. It's a real kick for me to watch and yet be unable to explain it fully.
