This mod WILL NOT load into my game. I have the same issue with CBBE, any weapon mods I install, any armor mods I install, realistic roads, etc. Basically any mod that adds textures into the game won't work but everything works fine on my Skyrim. Help will be greatly appreciated.

-YES I've added changes to Fallout4Custom.ini

Get rid of everything filled out after the sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\, MUSIC\, SOUND\, INTERFACE\, MESHES\, PROGRAMS\, MATERIALS\, LODSETTINGS\, VIS\, MISC\, SCRIPTS\, SHADERSFX\ to leave just sResourceDataDirsFinal=

Add the lines

blnvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=
Under [Archive] in the Fallout4.ini file (as very last entry) located in Documents/My Games/Fallout4
The above is basically the only thing you need to do in order to make mods work. All the rest is not needed. A lot of folk write all kinds of stuff about add this here and add that there; like I said, not needed and boundto mess-up your game.
Simply add
blnvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=
to the Fallout4.ini file as last entry under [Archive]... wham-bam-thank-you-mam... done.

Thanks, but this didn't work. I also already had "blnvalidateOlderFiles=1 sResourceDataDirsFinal="

If it didn't work then you did something wrong. Simple as that. Better start from scratch, because you probably screwed things up from the start by tinkering with files you shouldn't tinker with at all to make things work.

Like I said, after having installed the game and having started it once, you'll have the needed ini files in Documents/My Games/Fallout4

Make a back-up of those files, first.

Then, the only thing that needs to be done is add

blnvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=
under [Archive] in the Fallout4.ini file. Not any of the other files.
