Several questions regarding copyrights and web crawlers

Hy to everyone!

First of all, I may have a bit of a project upcoming, but I need to get a few answers first. Google was of no help(atleast on cursory glance) since the issues are a bit specific, therefore I'm hoping for the help from the Nexus Mods community.

Secondly, a little story, let's imagine that there is a wiki site that hosts information on mods. This information is only partial, such as details on quests, NPC's, dialogue, items and probably something else, but not textures, models, navmeshes or whatever other graphical assets there are. To acquire this information our wiki uses specifically designed web crawler to visit various mod sites, such as this and several others. During the visits our crawler downloads mod files, potentially after logging in, extracts the aforementioned information from the file and makes it publicly available on the wiki.

Thirdly, the questions!

Would there be any copyright issues regarding publishing of such mod information(quest objectives, stages, NPC stats, dialogue text, etc.) on publicly available sites(in similar fashion uesp does for the base game)?

What about publishing of images of items or NPC's found within the file(the images would be programmatically rendered during the information extraction(potentially involving execution of the base game))?

What about publishing of sound files(more specifically dialogue(.fuz) converted to .mp3)?

What would be the opinion(from this sites staff) on the crawler(effectively another site programmatically downloading mods)?

Finally, lets assume that the wiki would operate without comercial intent(that being not aiming to make a profit, but to provide it's services free of charge).

Would any of the answers to the questions above change if there would be a donation option?

Would the answers change further if we consider advertising?

I'm no expert, but I believe that you can publish information, given that you both credit the creator and provide links to the original upload pages. However, this is only the case if it is a free site, because otherwise you'd be making money out of other peoples work. If you want to be certain that you're allowed to use the information about the mods, I'd suggest contacting the developers of the mods you'd want to use.

Personally, I believe adding a donation option would be the safest bet.

Ty for input, but "contacting the developers" is out of question here since it would be an, mostly, automated system. The site will be free and I agree about the donation button, but it's interesting to note that the nexus mods have a one time subscription thing to get rid of ads, would like to know if such system could be used in case of the wiki here.
