Can't select DLC content when installing CBBE

I have uninstalled and reinstalled CBBE multiple times and there is no option to select the DLC content to load. I get the 3 presets for "SLIM, CURVY, and VANILLA bodies" but when I click next, it just shows the "Never Nude" option. Am I missing something? I currently own all DLC except Nuka World.

 

Also when using the BodySlider mod, I cannot select ANY of the Vanilla outfits. I'm going to assume that these two problems go hand-in-hand...it's frustrating when my naked model is correct, but when I wear ANY kind of clothing, it goes from a "D" cup to an "A" cup.

 

UPDATE: Fixed the problem. I had to completely delete and reinstall CBBE. The file I was using didn't have the added content. In other words, it was outdated and not the current version even though I updated all the mods in NMM before loading them.
