Combat overhaul. Trying to find some way to add some oomph to weapons in combat. So far been able to make NPC's use bashing and blocking much more often, and in a smarter fashion. Down right hard to beat someone with a shield, now.

 

Now if I can just discover a way to add staggering and knockdown to weapons in a balanced manner. My theory is this: If NPC's are able to bash and block more often, then hopefully, this will enable me to add stagger affects to perks that trigger if you catch enemies without their shields up, or ready to parry.

 

Not ready for release yet. Need a few days of testing and tweaking. Will also come with an optional esp file to overhaul 1H and 2H perk trees.

I'm working on a player tower right now. A couple rooms at the college is no fitting residence for an archmage. Only in it's starting phase right now as I get my head wrapped around the kit but I think it'll be pretty cool.

I'm currently working on expanding upon this. I want to make a separate screen that shows an updating political map (see WIP picture). That shows what holds are controlled by Imperials and Stormcloaks (based on what quests have been completed for those factions).

 

I also want to have the player be able to click on the hold and have it show the name of the capitol of that hold, the current Jarl, the player's bounty, and the player's status (none, citizen (owns a house), or Thane).

 

This isn't going to be done for a long time though, since this is my first real use of the CK (I barely used Oblivion's) and I don't know any scripting languages so Papyrus is taking a while to get the hang of.

If anyone is interested in looking at the beginnings of my archmage's tower from up above, you can get the esp at https://sites.google.com/site/mgbeach/files/Ancient.esp

 

Drop it in your Data folder and then when you open the game go into console and do COC Drakespire (haven't gotten around to figuring out map markers yet and it's not ready to place into the world.) You can fast travel away from the tower

 

I'm thinking that the purple portal will be a link to the archmage's quarters in the college with a corresponding one there to return to the tower

 

Do you think I should actually have a tower placed in the world or have this be more like an extra-dimensional space that the archmage reaches via his amazing magics?

Since I usually (and am still currently) work on Total Conversions for Elder Scrolls games, my need to add new content to the game is pretty much sated for now. What I'm working on instead is ways for different mods/modders to work together. Once I sort out some issues with the annoying game not doing what it is told, I'll be releasing step 1.

I'm currently working on a "unique named dragons" mod - a nice challenge for higher level players.

I got my Archmage's office completed. It's the first part of a planned tower residence called Drakespire.

It includes a portal in the Archmage's quarters and a corresponding one in the new Drakespire office.

Werewolf perk and stats overhaul, currently is out on Nexus but im not satisfied with it.

Currently im trying to fix Fury Swipes perk, but it doesnt have the effect which i desire...

Basically i want that damage rises when enemies health is lower from 100 % to 0, anyway damage rises with each 10 % enemy health loss by +5.
