When I try to install the vast majority of mods it gives me the 7zipsharp error. When I tried deleting 7zip and using the windows basic archiver the mods installed but did not work in game. I have tried every possible solution I was suggested in other forums and am so frustrated with this s#*! Its actually making me physically ill.

This is a somewhat mysterious bug. What I found out so far and what was confirmed by some other people: The bug seems to occur when one or more of the drives involved in the process of installing mods are full or almost full. It seems, that 7zip and NMM need some "head room " to extract and install mods properly. Probably NMM/7zip doesn't only use the drive it's installed on, but also other drives, especially your system drive.

Check your system drive, the drive, where Skyrim is installed and the drive, where NMM is installed. If one or more of them are almost full, clean them up, until there is enough free disk space on all the drives I mentioned.

This worked for me, it also seems to work for some other forum members here.
