I went back to the dialogue option, and the option to play Caravan with her was still there, but after I quit the dialogue to save my game and returned to play another game the option disappeared! I've only played 1 and won 1 with her! After that, I decided to check it with other Caravan players. I went with Johnson Nash, but he already didn't have the option for Caravan! Same with Lacey, I've only played and won 1 game with Nash, but now there's nothing to play with him. Last time I checked before I won a game with Lacey, I think he still have the option. Later, I went to Novac to check with Cliff Briscoe, and fortunately he had the option to play Caravan. I played 1 game with Cliff, and got back to the dialogue option. I clicked the dialogue to play Caravan, but didn't continue further to play the game, I exited the game instead, and then when I got back to the dialogue option, the dialogue prompt to play Caravan disappeared! Seriously, what's happening with my game!? Is this a bug or something? Or is there a time limit like you need to wait for a specific time in order for them to restock their caps or something!?
