[Mod Request] Different Fast Travel Immersion

We all know fast travel takes the fun out of the game by now. There are a lot of mods that turns off fast travel from the map to increase immersion, and It works for most people, but I realized something when making a roleplay of a bounty hunter, where I often needed to travel between places close to one another around Whiterun, to kill a bandit, slay a beast or find something.

The problem I found was that you often have to walk to the objective and then walk back to the City a dozen times, and it starts to get boring. That made me disable the No Fast Travel option from Frostfall just so I could go back to Whiterun faster. But that also takes off the restriction to not fast travel to the edges of the map. It's kinda immersion breaking.

 

Now here's my idea

If there was a range limiter to Map FastTravel, so that you can only fast travel to things close to you in a determined range, and also a restriction to not do that over and over again in a quick sucession (be it just a message or stamina depletion, etc), I believe this would increase the immersion and break away that boredom of having to repetitively walk through short objectives.

 

I have no experience whatsoever in making codes and scripts for anything, so my hands are tied.

So I'm asking for someone to make this mod, not just for me, but if you also feel that way about the game Fast Travel system, and I believe I'm not the only Bounty Hunter who feels that boredom of going back to claim your 100 gold reward. I think this is a fairly simple concept and easy to code (for someone with experience).

I appreciate the attention of everyone, and also ask you to comment any ideas.
