How to: Report a modder for using your assets when they have blocked you

A new mod in the hotfiles caught my attention. It uses assets of mine.

I posted a message to the mod saying that it used my assets without permission.

In hindsight, I should have reported it first, but I didn't.

Currently, the mod is taken down temporarily by the author, thus I can't file the report I attempting to submit.

The author has also blocked me from accessing any of their mods. However, I can clearly see they've been using my warpaint assets over and over for many of their follower mods.

Original Mod in question: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/82888/

Report I tried to make:

"These files uses assets without permission.
My mod: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/62639/?
Example warpaint image from my mod: https://staticdelivery.nexusmods.com/mods/110/images/62639-4-1423912793.jpg
Asset used in JimmyPotatoPage's Lavellan Followers (from Tunimu follower download): http://i.imgur.com/ivc4C88.png
The above image was taken from the .rar file of the Tunimu follower, it is a .dds file named "00000D70.dds" located at "Tunimu-82888-1-0.rar\Tunimu - UNP\data\textures\actors\character\FaceGenData\FaceTint\Tunimu.esp\"
Several other followers use my warpaints an include similar files.
User "mfeile1974" took a preset from user "jimmypotatopage" and created actual files to upload to Nexus without permission.
I ask that this mod be removed for these reasons."

Even if the author removes my assets from the mod in question, how do I move forward to report the other mods now that I'm blocked?

This seems to be a loophole that protects people that steal: simply block the creators of the assets you're using and they can't report you!

Also, there is one technicality that I would like advice on: Generally, when somebody asks for permission, I give it out willingly ... I've never told anybody they cannot use my assets. However, I do require permission every time. This particular user did ask, once, back in September of 2016, if they could use my warpaints for a single standalone follower. I agreed.

Normally, I say yes and that they have permission for that specific mod and to provide me a link to that specific mod when they publish so I can verify that credit was given (also a requirement to use my assets).

Unfortunately, with this author, I wasn't specific enough to that degree (my mistake), but they did only ask permission for one specific mod ... they did not ask for "carte blanche" permission and no "carte blanche" was given or implied.

My question is "Does Nexus consider permission given once is given for life"?

Another question: "Once permission is granted, can it be taken away?"

Thank you for your time.

Registering a new account isn't necessary. Send a Private Message to any of the moderators. The option is on the top right corner of their page, in between the buttons add as friend and find content.

I can empathize as I gave permission for someone to use some of my work and somehow that was interpreted as they could use all of my work. You are within your right to ask them to no longer use your assets. They're your assets after all.

Sorry, didn't realize which account I was on in my reply question.

I created that login just so I can look at and download the accussed user's files and provide proof that my assets were stolen (then also use that login to do the reporting directly on their file pages).
