Chiappa triple threat shotgun mod invisible and doesn't fire in first person. Please help

I haven't disabled it in plugins or uninstalled it. it also doesn't show a rotating image in my pipboy. I've tried disabling all mods other than it and it's masters to see if it's a conflict but nope; and I know my ini is setup correctly, and I know it wasn't a bad install because I've been using the mod for days and it only just happened
