Quick Question "Console to level up but can't trigger certain quests"

I have no idea if I posted the original topic in the right area since no reply has happened to it, so I'll try here... sorry if this isn't the right thing to do, I just want a answer to I can return to my normally schedualed Skyrim modding broadcast

Problem: I used console commands to get back to the level I was originally at before I purged my play through due to modding issues ( haven't we all XD ) but I noticed that certain quests aren't triggering (like Cursed Tribe) any clue on how to trigger them? Or is there a legit way to console command my level to get the game to consider a real level up?

There are a few quests that don't trigger until you get to a certain level because the rewards for those quests are usually ebony/daedric. This is so you don't become too powerful early on. It'd be pretty ridiculous if you'd be running around with the Ebony Blade or Mehrunes Razor at level 3.

I get that... but it doesn't exactly answer what I asked... I'm at level 50... if anything that quest should already be triggerable... but it doesn't... the game doesn't seem to regonize my level

I don't have any idea why those quests won't trigger either. But maybe I could offer a solution for the next try:

When I want to "fastlevel" a character (e.g. to try out a new build at high levels or something), I always use this tool:

http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/34307/?

Very old, but still working. A character leveled this way is treated like leveled normally by the game. No issues getting quests or anything.

If you want to continue with your console-leveled character, you can try this one:

http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/38151/?

Try if changing the level requirements for the quest you want to do makes them available. Don't know if this works, but maybe worth a try.

Caution: Both mods require SKSE.

Thx for the advice, I'll give it a shot... after I figure out my newest crashing issue of course XD
