cujo37
The problem was with DCMS, it was taken offline because of this bug. As Snapper said, there's no known fix, you just have to start a new game without that mod. I've asked several people to please try the new save cleaner and report back if that works but so far no one has done so. http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/22633/? I'll try asap. Thanks for the info.
Greslin
I can't vouch for the mods in question. But the "NPC stands stockstill" problem, that one I know something about. That happens when an Actor loses their AI package stack, which can sometimes happen when you manipulate NPCs in a script. It's fixed with an EvaluatePackage() call on that actor reference, which forces the ActorRef to do a check of their AI programming, figure out what they're supposed to be doing, and then get on with it. You just have to find the right place in the mod script (usually the point where you're ready for the NPC to start acting on their own again) and drop that call in. Until then, they'll just stand there with a stupid look on their face.

I tried on my test game and it seems to be growing working well . I used only the "getting started" provided in the description for now.

(Basically what is the command, cause those parentheses are to complex for me)If this isn't a console command, is there any commands I can use to fix this problem Edited April 6, 2017 by IkeFanboy64
IkeFanboy64
UPDATE 5:I've decided to ditch the Abduction mod cause it's quite buggy, and it seems that reseting the ai works if this glitch occures.
snapper69
I really hope that DCMS comes back in an improved (non bugged) form, it's an excellent mod.
