Modifying Monster Attributes?

I was wondering if I could get some help with locating the file(s) that determine monster stats and attributes? I unpacked the GLOBAL.BSA and saw that the .INF files use .DFA's such as "WOLF.DFA". I cannot find these files and I cannot find what these files are or do.

 

Basically, I would greatly appreciate if I could get some insight on these questions.

 

- Are the .DFA's the files I am looking for?

 

- Is there a way to access them through arena's mod utilities?

Monster attributes are contained within the game's EXE, which you would need to decompress and edit with a hex editor. They begin at offset 3A1DB. As noted on UESP, "In the data, the attributes are stored as a value out of 255." 255/25.5 is 10, so adding 25.5 gives you attributes from 10 to a 100 in increments of 10.
