Main Menu Infinite Loop (load order issue)

At first, the opening scene (vanilla carriage ride) had no dialogue (except for the short conversation between Hamming and Torolf) and wouldn't progress past the carriage ride. After doing a bit of research and attempting to fix the load order, I tried to start up the game again, only to be stuck at an infinite loading screen once I tried to start playing (I clicked "New" and was stuck with the Skyrim emblem and music until I closed the game).

I use NMM and currently have exactly 70 mods enabled. I'm also reposting this here from a different section of the forums, where it will hopefully be more easily addressed.

I think Alternate Start should be at the bottom of the load order. Did you use LOOT to sort your mods?
