CTD After Combat Starts With Certain NPC's

Hello all,

 

So I recently decided to play skyrim again, and may have went overboard with modding. I have around 80 mods installed and I don't think I was careful enough installing them. I used the outlaw in the wilds start from live another life, cleared the bandit fortress I started in (Silent Moons Camp) and went outside. All good so far, no crashing, no real problems. Once outside, I run over to the nearest bandit to try and kill him, and bam. The bandit draws his bow, is about to fire, then CTD. The same also happens if I attack him first in any way.

 

I've been trying to troubleshoot this without getting rid of too many mods but I'm at wit's end. I tried uninstalling mods I thought might be the cause, no luck. I tried poring over the papyrus logs and uninstalling mods that were appearing at the end of the logs, no luck.

 

I use LOOT but don't clean mods. I just don't have the time or inclination to learn how. If this is the cause I'll learn how to use TES5edit but I'd rather not.

 

I also install my mods using NMM. The list of mods and their order is as follows:

*NOTE: I did have Skyrim creature size variants installed but I have uninstalled it (and I was using the damage modifier). I also had immersive detection of NPC installed but have also uninstalled that.
