Motherboard: Gigabyte Z77X-D3H

CPU: Intel i7 3770k oc @ 4.6gHz

Ram: 16gb Corsair Dominator

GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1080

HD: Seagate Barracuda 1 TB

PSU: Corsair H850 (keeps making high pitched 'pip' noises, or the occasional high pitched whirring)

Verdict: showing it's age, but still easily capable of running highly modded games such as skyrim and fallout 4 at ultra max settings. Will probably run newer releases at high to ultra settings with comparitive ease.

Your PSU is having a cooling fan problem. It is either dirty or on its way out. If the PSU gets too hot it will trip out. The fan can be replaced, it is not that difficult but be aware that once you open the PSU case, the caps (capacitors) inside are still charged, but the fan is easy to get too...just be aware of what you are doing, also, vacuum it out. I clean my entire system and PSU at least once a year.
