Skyrim Child Overhaul CTD on startup

I am having serious trouble with the Skyrim Child Overhaul mod: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/62676/?

 

The mod just crashes upon startup.

Open Cities Skyrim.esp

Skyrim Child overhaul is meant to be used with the unofficial Skyrim patch, but I found that it has the same effect with the legendary patch.
