I want to use this mod together with the main campaign, however I do not know how to use it properly. Can anyone help me with this?

This does not appear to be a mod that's designed for use with the main campaigns. It's a system for modders to use to make vampire-themed modules. I'm sure someone could use it to add those elements into the main campaign, but from what it sounds like in the description, it's not currently set up that way. Possibly if you tried the demo module it comes with, it might explain what would need to be done.

It doesn't give me any info. Would it be hard to put this into the main campaign?
Thanks for the reply by the way

It really depends on how it was designed. If it's just a matter of opening up the campaign and placing coffin objects and vampire NPCs into it, and/or an item that makes you a vampire, it might not be hard. If it requires adding quests, conversations, a vampire faction, attaching some kind of script to feedable creatures, adding heartbeat scripts to handle craving, powers, and weaknesses, it could be a more sizable task. For a novice, I think it would be hard regardless.

Are there any enthusiastic modders that might be interested in helping me crack this puzzle?

According to the instructions described in "installing.txt" file, you need to open the module, add the required scripts where needed (and sometimes also add scripts to doors, depending on whether you want to allow the vampires to enter private places or no).

How do I open the module of the main campaign?

Not absolutely sure how it's done in NWN1, but in NWN2 you just open any of the individual modules attached to the campaign by launching the toolset and doing File>Open. From there you can open any of the areas in that module or edit any of the resources.
