I started modding and everything was fine until I decided to sort my mods through loot and I noticed a file named

DIM TYPE3clothesRETAIL.esp

It says the following:

This plugin requires "Fallout3.esm" to be installed, but it is missing.

I'm aware that it's missing because I'm playing Fallout NV but the problem was that Dimonized Type 3 bodies were taken off the Fallout NV mod page.

What am I supposed to do? Do I need to remove this file? How do I remove it? Because I know I can't start a game without it instantly crashing.

Disable and uninstall the mod in your mod manager.

If you do not use a mod manager, you need to disable the mod in the FNV "DATA" on the start page.  Then go to where you saved the downloaded file and open it.  Then open FNV and follow the path to the install clothes and delete them.

You cannot use FO3 .esp or .esm files in FNV.

You will also need to pay closer attention to what you are downloading and installing.
