ENB and Enboost Assistance - Crashing When Entering Helgen Keep (opening sequence)

When I start a new game, I crash to desktop on trying to enter the Helgen Keep during the intro sequence. This install is a freshly installed (I uninstalled Skyrim via Steam and deleted all skyrim related files (Skyrim directory in the 'My Games" folder, Appdata/Local/Skyrim folder, and the Skyrim directory leftover in the steam/steamapps/common directory) and re-installed it and played for a while) bare-bone Skyrim with only the SKSE and the unofficial patches installed.

Mods I have installed

0 0 Skyrim.esm

1 1 Update.esm
2 2 Dawnguard.esm
3 3 HearthFires.esm
4 4 Dragonborn.esm
5 5 Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch.esp
6 6 HighResTexturePack01.esp
7 7 HighResTexturePack02.esp
8 8 HighResTexturePack03.esp
9 9 Unofficial High Resolution Patch.esp
10 a SkyUI.esp

I know it is ENB related because when I removed the ENB, the game loaded fine. I first installed the ENB .308 according to the S.T.E.P, then a few Youtube videos, and then ENB .279 based on RealVision without the visual effect with no change; it crashes to desktop the moment I try to enter the Helgen Keep.

My enblocal.ini (.308)

My display adapter say I have 24531MB of graphics memory and enb vramtool says I have 83968MB of vram. My skyrimpref.ini file has bFloatPointRenderTarget set to 1.

My PC

CPU: I7 -6850K Hexcore @3.8 Ghz (O.C to 4.2)

Motherboard: Asus Strix x99 Gaming

Memory: 32 GB DDR4

GPU: Evga GTX 1080 FTW - 8 GDDR5 (driver version - 382.05)

Storage:

M.2 512 GB SSD

SATA 1TB SSD <- Skyrim installed here

Display: Dual 1920x1080 Multi-touch screens

OS: Windows 10 Pro

I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I also have not ruled out Nvidia driver conflicting with enb.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Thank You!
