Preset mods don't show up in the 15 presets in character creation

I have tried on numerous times to add new characters to the 15 presets for characters at the start of the game. I have put them into the folder where they are supposed to go but when I try to create a new character, male or female, these new presets never ever show up. I have researched everything I can to be sure these new presets are going into the correct folder for Fallout 4 but still nothing!

I am very frustrated and I am not sure the original 15 can ever be replaced except by Bethesda themselves.

Does anyone have a suggestion or fix for this?

The real frustration is that there are 3 new faces that have been added by Bethesda into the Character Creation section and all three of the females are just butt-ugly! I am not looking for Hollywood stars or starlets just some that won't freeze water with one look. :-}

I'm sure someone can help me with this as I firmly believe Nexus has the greatest mod makers ever.
