Strange Potholes In Falkreath's Roads

I've just started this playthrough with a whole lot of mods, and I've come across a bizarre "pothole" for lack of a better word along the road in Falkreath. I actually saw another, slightly larger and deeper pothole earlier on the same road, but didn't take a screenshot. It looks to me like two of the vertices on the terrain mesh have been shifted down, somehow. So far this hasn't caused me any huge grief, but I'm quite curious to know what exactly could be causing this. http://imgur.com/a/zsm41

I'm using a whole lot of mods, but the list would certainly be useful for diagnosing the error, so here's a link to a google doc with all my mods listed: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ouNdQb3T9P0oy7ffjC5ZMQQY0ZJVpKXw-MYmh6sUfyc/edit?usp=sharing

Yeah uh, I don't know if you noticed but the road meshes are missing entirely in your screenshots, leaving just the bare earth below. Basically Skyrim has the landscape mesh, which is editable in CK and creates the general shape of the land, then the devs go back and clip in additional premade meshes for more detailed features like rock formations and roads. Sometimes the development team creates these 'potholes' when they're making sure the ground mesh doesn't clip up through the road mesh--normally you wouldn't see them because the road meshes cover the area.

Real Roads replaces the meshes for roads, so when you uninstalled Real Roads, the game wasn't able to find the road meshes, so you got to see the grossness that lurks beneath them. Of course normally when you uninstall a mod that replaces meshes, the game will default to the original meshes, so you should have still had vanilla roads. That makes me wonder if maybe Real Roads was uninstalled incorrectly.
