Bug: Animals rise into sky, float, fall and die??

What he means is that the skyrim's game engine cannot perform well above 60 fps. If you are getting for instance over 60 fps say 80 fps, the game will behave like it is falling apart. To fix this problem people use old vsync method to limit framerate to 60 fps. You can do it in skyrim's own settings or through Nvidia control panel or with enb, if you are using that. But to tell you about my personal experience, i had vsync on from the day i played this game and i still observed these things happening in game, common being flying elephant's and things falling everywhere when entering an interior cell such as player houses. But i once deliberately put the vsync off and guess what happened? No more stuttering for me. since this is also a common and annoying issue in this game, i decided to go with vsync off and only bug i have observed so far with it is, weird faster map, it is way way faster that i can barely navigate it accurately.
