Need help getting mods to work

I've installed Oblivion Reloaded, Oblivion Character Overhaul, AAOVTR, Blockhead and OBSE by extracting the files into the right folder, but when I launch OblivionLauncher and try to open the game I get the error "The Oblivion Launcher could not find the Oblivion game executable. Please reinstall Oblivion." What am I doing wrong?
Thanks

If you use OBSE, you have to start the game with obse_loader.exe

And obse_loader.exe & obse_1_2_416.dll & obse_editor_1_2.dll have to be in the games root directory, not the Data folder.

Ok, what about this one. I have my starting shortcut set to run off of obse_loader.exe, and my other obse files are in the right place. What has happened is that I set up a separate user account on the laptop; one for each of us here, my side and her side. I am running windows 7 and shared the C: drive as well as anything else that seemed to be relevant, basically an exact duplicate.

However, none of my mods that I have through NMM seem to be working right. The standard add-ons are ok, as far as Shivering Isles, Battlehorn Castle, etc. my other mods that I have, which work fine on the original side, dont seem to want to work on the new side; I have not been able to use my advanced magecraft, and also I have folks running around with "Install Blockhead" written on their faces. It is more than a little frustrating.

If I were you, I'd ditch NMM for installing mods. No one recommneds NMM to install any Oblivion mod. Many of them were made long before NMM was even made, and even for newer mods, NMM doesn't seem to work well with many of them.

1. All OBSE plugins should be installed manually, at least.

2. OMOD packages require Oblivion Mod Manager(OBMM). Some mod, like 'Horse Armor Revamped' by harlanrm, absolutely needs OBMM to install.

3. BAIN packages require Wrye Bash to install. Well, you can install it manually by extracting only plugins and resources you want, but using Wrye Bash is easier.

Ok, understandable; however, until the time when I can take an inventory of what mods I have, is there any idea as to why everything works fine without any glitches on the original side of the machine, yet anything on the second user account will load the basic game and your add-ons such as Battlehorn Castle, horse armor, vile lair, etc will work on the second user account but no mods thereafter.

I have several, ranging from clothing, body replacers, advanced magecraft, etc, etc.

Like I said, I make a separate user account on the machine, now my fiancee can play without any issues, but when using my side i have issues.; I shared the C; drive and all folders relevant to playing the game. It is very frustrating, as I can see no good reason it should not work, but it does not.
