Stutter and low fps.

So, i've been here alot, and asked alot of questions, and i've got alot of help, but now i'm finally done with modding, but sadly i have some problems.

I'm stuttering, and i have kinda low fps, (30-40) some times 25, i don't know if i have mods that is giving me performance issues, or is useless, or that my load order is bad (left pane)

Any help is appreciated!

what graphic settings do you use

 

radeon r9 390x has equal core speed as nvidia 770 gtx

 

you should have graphic settings on high not ultra

was causing ctd for me with 1080ti so what caused ctd for me could cause lag for you

there is a different water mod on steamworkshop that worked for me

 

also it looks like you got multiple weather addons those could be conflicting with each other

 

download loot if anything is showing red messages it means something is broken or missing something and use tes5edit to clean update+all skyrim dlc(watch a tutorial)

 

try disabling the weather mods and that water mod

then get enb and see if enb can help

 

if that doesn't work you need to disable all mods and individually enable 5 then launch to see if the lag exists if it doesn't then enable another 5 and check again and keep doing that till you find the group of 5 that has the broken mod
