Cant transform anymore

Im at the point of killing spirit bear which i did hircine suppose to contact me in a dream but he never shows and i cant transform into werewolf either how do i fix this ? im currently using werewolf realism and werewolf evolution mods

Maybe by removing these 2 mods?
