That is my load order. I use NMM and LOOT, I have Wyre Bash but have never actually used it.

 

I'm not very proficient at modding and I don't really know what I'm doing so I'll give as much info as I can because I don't want to lose my save but I basically can't go anywhere with snow so... yeah.

 

That picture is with brightness turned all the way down in settings.

The problem just was there one day when I started Skyrim, I don't remember making any edits to my mods or anything else.

Snow is blinding, the sky is a sheet of white, fires and other light sources are a solid white and emit a ton of glare, smoke and other reflective things seem to exacerbate the issue.

 

I went through and removed plugins to see if I could identify the issue, but nothing changed regardless of how many mods I removed.

 

I have since downloaded the mod Sunglare Disabler which seemed to help a bit, but not much. I tried installing an ENB, which didn't help, other mods didn't help either. I gave up and tried to reinstall a vanilla Skyrim which looked a vanilla Skyrim should, but if I loaded an old save there was the blinding snow. But I could than load the new one and it would be fine again. After reinstalling my mods the game was messed up pretty badly, albeit no glare. Animations weren't there (models where stuck in a static pose), most of my item where missing from my inventory and my house,

 

I tried TES5edit to clean the DLCs and Update but that didn't work.

 

I looked at other threads and none seemed to have a fix for me.

 

I'm at a loss for what to do, and any help would be amazing.

Have seen times where an ENB is not correctly removed, that can cause this type of issue.

 

Go to STEP Wiki and follow their Self help...
