[Help Request] Custom potential spouse, looking to add wedding guests

Recommended Posts

Greetings. I am currently making a mod, and in that mod I have several NPCs who all live in the same house, and each of them are potential marriage partners. When I playtested the mod, the weddings worked but there was no one in the temple to celebrate with us. I think it would be incredibly immersive if both the other residents of the house come to the wedding. I have no idea how to go about adding this, but will be taking a look at other NPCs to try to get it sorted out. In the (likely) event that I don't find the solution, does anyone out there know how I would go about implementing this? Thank you for taking the time to read this post, and thank you in advance for your answers.

EDIT: I've found the solution by myself! In addition to PotentialMarriageFaction, you also have to add the MarriageWitnessFaction to the NPCs. The NPCs have to be marked as allies or in the same umbrella faction for them to show up. I'm very proud of myself for figuring this out.

Excuse If I'm wrong because I didnt work with this before, but are the NPC befriended? Like have a good Relationship? Because as far as I know NPC's that are "friends" come to the Wedding.

The NPCs are all custom characters that I've created for my mod. It's true, in vanilla (unmodified) Skyrim, NPCs you marry will have their friends visit the wedding. In my mod I already had an umbrella faction (RSFHFaction01) that lists them all as allies, in addition to the marriage faction, and I had to add to the MarriageWitnessFaction. When using the marriage witness, it takes people who are already listed as allies (which is done in my overall faction) and adds them to the temple.
