CTD When entering south east/west section of the world

{Issue Has Been Solved, I am unsure what had rest the area to make it playable again but I will Slowly install each mod one at a time once I have a while to spare to see if I can Nail the problem}

 

 

 

 

I am CTD when entering a certain section of the world with in the rift the section engulfs the south end of the bridge in Ivarstead to the alchemist's shack and Treva's watch in a large cube, What the source of the problem is I am unsure of due to how well the rest of the game is, while I do have a large number of mods installed every other part of the world is fine with no noticeable lag or errors. I have looked at all the mods I have installed and I can't seem to find what the conflict may be, I have used LOOT and changed the orders to what the Authors have specified their mods position to be in to achieve the desired effect, I have even started new save files, totally restarting the game in fear that it was a corrupt save issue but it is still persisting, If anyone is willing to lend a hand to help me sort it out I’d help a lot.

 

If anyone have any additinal information they might need I'll try and message back ASAP.

 

Edit 1: I have tried entering the affected areas on lower system settings but it still CTD

Edit 2: I am able to access the areas through use of the TFC console command but when the player character enters it CTD by either walking normally or TCL command so it amy be failing to load a certain part of the map that is loaded in wioth the affected areas.

Edit 3: thanks to the TCL command I have found that the affected area does not travel as far south as i feared as i am able to walk around Arcwind point normally and the back tower of autumnwatch, but exiting the back tower leads to the CTD issue once more so there may be issue with the Ruins of Bthalft, but I am unsure if that is the case.

Edit 4: I have now completely uninstalled all my mods and ENB and I am still crashing when I get close to the Ruins of Bthalft. I literally have run out of ideas beyond reinstalling the entire game.

 

To note all mods with a =0 in the order I have merged in to one .esp, the merge id just for armours so their shouldn't be a problem there, My rig is quite powerful so running them is no issue, And i have tried to make sure I have all the possible compatibility mods required if they are needed for my set up of mods.
