HALO CE not working

Hello TMEs,

 

I'll get right to the point. I am attempting to run Halo Custom Edition v.1.0.10 on my system. Unfortunately I keep running into an issue with running the Halo.exe application file after install is complete. I am positive that the issue does not involve the download or install, but with either my system or compatibility issues. The following is my current system summary:
